Water Bill

this morning pergi bayar my water bill.
my water bill for 2 months amounting RM91.08. its pricy right?
should i complaint?
duduk berdua je, then basuh baju pun selalunya hantar dobi. siang, no one at home because dua2 kerja.
the problem is, dah complaint 2 kali tapi no any action taken pun. bill kena settlekan kat LT Sdn Bhd.
the rate is controlled by Syabas or LT Sdn Bhd ye?
or else, am i paying more to cover up those house yang tak bayar bill air.
memanglah boleh bayar RM91.08 tu but to me its unfair.
now ni, im looking for pihak which i should refer to.
dahlah susah, sebab tak boleh bayar pakai maybank2u. geram sungguh rasa dihati ni.
